SHARE LIFE DESIGN has the following four goals: "offer better accomodation options for exchange students",
"improve the international competence of the Japanese", "resolve the problem of increasing vacant houses", "revive
local communities". To achieve these we conduct the following three activities.
(1) Life Design: supporting peoples lives in general and promoting new lifestyles
(2) Social Design: connecting people with people, local communities and the rest of the world
(3) Exchange: creating chances for people to mutually learn from each other and grow as individuals
Message from the director
With the motto "connect personally, locally, globally" in mind we
convert vacant homes into share houses, support exchange students and promote the exchange between local residents and exchange students as well as people from abroad in general. With such activities we're working towards a better and more internationalized world.
What we're striving towards is a situation where when hearing
"share house" or "supporting exchange students" people think
of Share Life Design.
